What skills and experience we're looking for

Ideally you will have recent senior leadership experience and will share our vision and values to lead this village school from September 2023. Individuals must demonstrate a significant contribution to primary school improvement and an enthusiasm to embrace the opportunities of leading this already flourishing and happy school with a strong community identity.
