Headteacher job summary
We are recruiting for an inspirational Headteacher to lead the day to day running of our academy from September 2022. You will lead the academy ensuring continual improvement and ensure high quality, engaging and fulfilling cognitive education for all pupils.
With support from our Director of Education for the Portsmouth hub you will develop the shared vision and strategic plan for the Academy. You will also lead on further developments in standards of teaching, learning and achievement. You will ensure our students are actively engaged with school, making progress and aspiring to become life-long learners. You will also help lead on further development in standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first Headteacher role or an experienced Headteacher. The successful applicant will join our senior CPD programme that will enable you to work and learn from new Heads, experienced Heads and aspiring Heads across our Trust.
