What skills and experience we're looking for
- The ability to drive ambitious standards for all students, overcoming disadvantage and advancing equality while instilling a strong sense of individual, team and whole-school accountability for the impact of their work on student outcomes.
- Proven track record in leading, monitoring and managing staff including delegating effectively and implementing and managing change.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, for a variety of audiences.
- The ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively, in anticipating and solving problems.
- An excellent knowledge of the current issues and legal framework in education.
