Oldmixon Primary School offers an exciting and inspiring educational journey for 2 – 11 year olds. We are a popular school, with 231 pupils currently on roll, located on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare and are one of eight schools in the Extend Learning Academies Network, a multi-academy trust.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational headteacher who has outstanding interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to work successfully with the whole school community and who will work collaboratively with the trust and champion the school in the wider community. We are seeking a leader who will enhance the standards of teaching and learning in order to maximise the progress of every pupil, keeping learning exciting.

We are looking for a leader who believes in the promotion of wellbeing throughout the school, who is approachable and good at listening and who inspires and supports staff and children to achieve the best they can.
