What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

- is a practising Catholic who has a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education and a commitment to promote the Catholic ethos throughout the whole school community

- has successful senior leadership experience in primary education with an understanding of what is required to raise standards in teaching and learning

- is an inclusive and collaborative leader with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external partners

- can ensure our curriculum provides the best education and experience for our children

- is committed to promoting high standards of attainment and behaviour

- has a clear vision for the future of the school, building on our current success and has excellent interpersonal skills to make the vision a reality

- will continue to promote strong partnerships with parents, governors, our parish and the wider community
