Headteacher job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, inspiring person, with a strong character, looking for a new way of working and a good work life balance. This is open to anyone who can think laterally and is considering a headteacher’s post from a modern perspective, sharing responsibility, knowledge, and workload efficiently and effectively. You will be working in partnership with our current experienced co-headteacher, to lead our school from its current successful performance, through its next phases of development.
