What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Headteacher with the experience, skills and commitment to lead a well established, mutually supportive team of staff and Local Committee Members. They will also need to continue the close working relationship with Pickhurst Junior Academy. The Headteacher is accountable to the Trust Board and the Chief Executive (CEO) for the professional leadership, strategic direction and operational management of the school in order to ensure that the schools' aims are implemented in accordance with the strategy and the policies of the Trust. The Headteacher is required to monitor, evaluate and review the impact of policies, priorites and targets of the schools and take timely action as necessary and work in partnership with the Local Committee.
Applicants must have QTS and be eligible to work in the UK. We cannot offer sponsorship to overseas applicants.
