Overthorpe CofE Academy, part of Enhance Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Headteacher from September 2023.

Overthorpe is a thriving school situated in Dewsbury, close to Wakefield and Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented leader to work with a very special community of children, staff and parents continuing to lead them on their journey to excellence.

We are looking for a Headteacher who is:

• Someone who displays excellent leadership skills and can develop leadership skills in others

• Committed to supporting the ethos and philosophy of a Christian school in the tradition of the Church of England
• Committed to working with parents, the community and the Trust to achieve the very best for all our pupils
