The Board of Trustees of SHINE, in partnership with Ranskill Primary School’s Local Governing Body , are seeking to appoint a highly motivated , ambitious and inspirational Headteacher to lead this brilliant school on its ongoing journey of school Improvement.

The school achieved a very successful Ofsted under the new framework in Autumn 2019 as a result the Trust are seeking to appoint a leader who can work alongside an ambitious and forward looking staff team and governing body to achieve Outstanding at its next inspection.

With a hard working committed staff , delightful pupils and a very supportive community this headship provides a rare opportunity for exactly the right leader with exactly the right set of skills and personality. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of improving and maintaining high standards of achievement. Please be aware there will be an element of teaching required within this post. This person will also be committed to being part of the leadership of a primary multi academy trust and the broader leadership, learning and experience this offers.
