What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, motivational leader who will commit long term to the school and be ambitious for its staff and students as it continues to expand to include pupils up to Year 6 by 2025.
You will be someone with a track record of leading school improvement to secure high standards in teaching and learning, ideally with experience in inner-city, multicultural areas. You will have a sound understanding of the social, economic and educational challenges faced by children and families with low incomes and experience in building positive and trusting relationships with parents and carers. You will be a team player who can inspire and motivate a team of leaders, teachers and support staff to secure the highest standards, building upon an established teaching and learning culture. Your focus will be to ensure all children make rapid progress and are supported and nurtured to achieve their very best as they participate in the Trust’s shared creative curriculum.
What the school offers its staff
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will also have input into the strategic direction of the whole Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and inspirational leader to take our school to the next level.
