Actual Salary: £27,632 - £29,527 (DOE) pro rata
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri, term time only plus 2 weeks (hours to be agreed during recruitment process)

Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a highly organised, pro-active and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Headteacher in the smooth running of the school.
As the Headteacher’s PA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will be the first point of contact for the Headteacher, managing their diary, correspondence and day to day activities. You will also work with the SLT in planning and organising whole school events. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or a similar role, ideally in an educational setting. They will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attendance and punctuality, enthusiasm and strong ICT skills.
Support and training will be offered to the successful candidate.
