- Have a demonstrable proven track record of successful leadership, and be able to empower leaders at every level to help every member of our school community to fulfil their potential.
- Be a caring individual who is supportive of the ethos of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to working in partnership with the leadership team, staff, parents, governors, parishes and the community.
