Headteacher job summary
Will you be the new Headteacher for our unique Infants’ School and Nursery starting in April 2022?
This is an early advert because we can offer a unique opportunity for someone to work alongside our Interim Co-Executive Headteachers this term, to ensure a supportive, smooth transition to new leadership from April 2022, although an earlier start is possible for the right candidate. This opportunity comes with genuine, high-quality support and professional CPD, delivered by outstanding school leaders, to ensure the successful candidate gets off to a flying start.
We are looking for an exceptional school leader; one who can help shape the school’s vision and values and join a team that is developing a continuous high-quality education for the pupils at Scartho Nursery and Infant school, as they make the journey through their primary education.
The successful candidate must be fully committed, passionate and skillful in delivering continuous professional development to realize this school’s potential. They will need to understand Early Years and KS1 education well, be able to implement best practice in teaching and learning pedagogy, and able to lead with the skill, resilience and vision needed to take this school successfully through the next stage of its evolution.
If you are passionate about Early Years and Key Stage One education, and think you’ve got what it takes to lead our happy and vibrant school onto the next phase of its journey to outstanding, please give us a call to discuss the role and how it might work for you. Applications are welcomed both from leaders who are looking for their first Headship role in a supportive environment, but also from experienced Headteachers, who would value the opportunity of having their own input into the vision for the school before taking up the post.
We would be delighted to show you around so that you can see our aspirational school for yourself and visits to the school are encouraged. To arrange a visit please phone Mrs D. Smith – Office Manager – Tel. 01472 879634.
