Headteacher job summary
The Governing Body of Seaton St Paul’s Church of England Junior School are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic Headteacher to:
• support, nurture and further develop our caring Christian community and ethos.
• foster strong relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and the local community.
• be willing and able to implement new ideas and strategies,demonstrating a positive attitude and be forward thinking.
• be an excellent communicator with a clear vison, with ambition to develop and raise standards in teaching and learning, helping pupils and staff to reach their full potential.
• have a passion for education and value the importance of developing children in a unique environment.
• encourage the children to celebrate their individual achievements.
• will place emphasis on the development of the 'whole child' and on the all-round flourishing of staff and pupils alike, leading and inspiring growth and development in their team.
