We are seeking an experienced candidate who will bring joy, ambition and compassionate leadership to ensure Eastwood remains an exciting and safe place to learn, reinforce our ethos and deliver on our strategic goals.

The right leader will have;

  • proven and successful experience in school leadership and management
  • the ability to inspire and motivate
  • excellent communication skills
  • strategic vision and skillset to maintain and further develop partnerships between children, parents, governors and the wider community.
  • Experience in Early Years and the EYFS curriculum
  • SENCo experience
