Headteacher job summary

Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, the Governors wish to appoint an inspirational and successful leader with energy and vision to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the future performance of the school.

We are looking to appoint a Headteacher who:

Has the vision and innovation to ensure that the excellent work already undertaken within the school is built upon and the drive to take the school forward to become outstanding

Is a team player who is happy and able to listen to the opinions of staff, governors and pupils and is not above learning from them

Instinctively sees our children as individuals and has a perception and depth of understanding that our children learn in different ways.
