We wish to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Headteacher with the wisdom, experience and confidence to take the school forward. The successful candidate will be a strong, approachable, compassionate and supportive leader demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism within the STAGS community. The ability to further enhance an outward facing school working with others in the wider Trust and beyond, in a climate of mutual respect and challenge, to champion best practice and secure excellent achievements for all students is essential for this role.
We are seeking someone who:
Has proven leadership abilities including excellent management and communication skills with the ability to motivate others
Can lead by example with integrity, creativity, resilience and clarity drawing on their own scholarship, expertise and skills of those around them
Will initiate and manage change and improvement in pursuit of exceptional standards and strategic objectives
Has undertaken extensive training, ideally including NPQH
