What skills and experience we're looking for

The governors of St Anselm’s Catholic Primary school welcome applications for the post of Headteacher. We are an outstanding, one form entry school where Christ is at the centre of all we do, and the children are at the centre of every decision we make.

We are looking for:

• A committed practising Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic education.
• A dedicated leader who will create a safe, nurturing environment where every child’s voice is heard, and all children are supported to reach their potential
• An excellent communicator who will be able to develop strong working relationships with staff, children, families, governors and our parish community.
• Somebody who has proven leadership skills and is committed to the professional development and wellbeing of all members of staff.
