We are looking for a Headteacher who:
is a practising Catholic with a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education;
is an aspirational senior leader, able to lead, motivate and inspire staff, with a clear vision for the future direction of the school;
is ambitious for all children and committed to ensuring all children reach their full potential;
is passionate about developing teaching & learning, inclusive education and meeting the needs of every child instilling a confidence, so our pupils continue to flourish, try new things and enjoy life in all its fullness;
has experience in senior leadership and can continue to develop our talented team of staff and support their development as subject leaders, as we journey to joining a multi-academy;
is committed to the mission of the school and nursery, our Catholic Church and the vision of the Archdiocese of Birmingham;
can balance resources efficiently and effectively in a way that maximises performance and ensures the financial sustainability of the school;
can build on our links with our parish, our parents and the wider community.
