The Governing Body of St Antony’s RC School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and dedicated leader to the post of Headteacher to lead and aspire our school family to fully realise our mission: ‘Let the light and splendour of Christ shine from within us all.’
We are looking for an exceptional and committed Catholic Headteacher with a proven track record in educational leadership. A leader who is profoundly ambitious for our school and able to develop and deliver our vision to transform lives through securing the highest educational standards, whilst ensuring a culture and practice of care, wellbeing , support for our staff, students, and parent community.
St Antony’s is a small, over-subscribed secondary school with 650 students. The school has a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Leadership Team who work alongside motivated, dedicated teaching and support staff. All staff are committed to providing the highest quality of education to all our students both across the curriculum and through extra-curricular opportunities.

St Antony’s is a popular co-educational school,
situated in the Borough of Trafford. St Antony’s
is part of the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust
(CAT), which is one of three CATs in the Diocese
of Salford. We are a fairly small school, where
all staff and students get to know each
other. Our school is in easy access to the M60
motorway, providing a link to the rest of
Manchester and surrounding areas.
