Do you want to be the Headteacher of a wonderful junior and infant school, leading the transition for these schools to become a vibrant one-form entry primary school in the heart of Plympton? This opportunity has arisen as a result of the current Headteacher being promoted to lead a larger school in our Trust. Old Priory Junior and Plympton St Mary Infants serves established communities in Plympton and this is a unique opportunity to continue to shape the future journey of the schools as they amalgamate. The brilliant children in each school experience a secure curriculum and are motivated learners. Having the highest aspirations for all pupils in terms of progress, attainment and their wider outcomes will be essential. You would be well supported by an established Senior Leadership Team at the schools, who bring great expertise to their roles.
