We are looking for an inspirational headteacher for our popular and growing community primary school which serves the villages of St Erme and Trispen, close to the capital city of Truro and a few miles from Cornwall’s coasts. Are you a creative leader with the vision and passion to see how we can continue to improve, whist recognising current good practice? Our children are enthusiastic and thoughtful learners and our school, continuing to be good at OFSTED 2018, is a highly supportive learning community with the collective desire to be the best it can be.
The headteacher we are searching for will:

St Erme with Trispen School is a small but growing village school situated at the edge of the villages of Trispen and St Erme. The school roll has doubled in size over the past ten years and we now have over 150 pupils, including a thriving Nursery Class. We remain a community school and have no immediate plans of academisation.
