What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit a Headteacher who:

Has exceptional leadership skills that inspire trust and confidence within the whole school community for future development and success of the school and its families.
Is an effective communicator, able to discern the needs of staff, pupils, parents and the broader school community and address them appropriately.
Has proven successful teaching and leadership experience in the primary phase at senior management level.
Is willing to work to uphold the distinctive Christian character of our school and develop these strengths with the support of the Diocese.
Has the energy, enthusiasm and dedication to improve outcomes for all our stakeholders with a genuine interest in the whole development of every learner.
