What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit a Headteacher who:
- Has exceptional leadership skills that inspire trust and confidence within the whole school community for future development and success of the school and its families.
- Is an effective communicator, able to discern the needs of staff, pupils, parents and the broader school community and address them appropriately.
- Has proven successful teaching and leadership experience in the primary phase at senior management level.
- Is willing to work to uphold the distinctive Christian character of our school and develop these strengths with the support of the Diocese.
- Has the energy, enthusiasm and dedication to improve outcomes for all our stakeholders with a genuine interest in the whole development of every learner.
