Headteacher job summary

This is an opportunity to lead a delightful, successful primary school within Coastal Learning Partnership, an exciting new Multi Academy Trust formed from the merger of three like-minded Trusts across Poole, Bournemouth and the Purbecks. St Luke’s is an effective school and we are now looking to appoint a creative Headteacher to inspire the school community as it builds further on its successes and establishes itself as a proactive and positive member of the Partnership. St. Luke’s seeks a Headteacher who will enable the school to be the very best it can be as well as contribute to the success of the wider Coastal Learning Partnership family. This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the previous Headteacher; it is an exciting opportunity to build on a secure legacy and lead the school towards excellence in the next phase of its development. The school’s strong Christian ethos permeates its community, curriculum and pastoral identity and we are looking for someone who will embrace and nurture our Christian values.
