You will support the collaborative working environment within the Trust and at St Mary’s CE Middle School, using the development of learning communities to enable all learners to experience success through rich learning opportunities.
You will have an excellent track record of school improvement and experience of a significant leadership role in your current post. You will have a wide knowledge and understanding of current local and national curriculum developments.
The school places great emphasis on establishing positive working relationships with parents and members of the wider school community.
