We welcome applications from current Headteachers or individuals with other significant senior leadership experience and a track record of improving provision and outcomes. St Christopher’s Trust will also support you every step of the way in the next stage of your leadership journey. As a Headteacher joining our team, you will also have access to a suite of professional development opportunities and the chance to work collaboratively across our network of Headteachers.

  • Develop highly inclusive practice that removes barriers to learning

  • A supportive Trust community that facilitates a focus on teaching and learning
