Headteacher job summary

The governors are seeking to appoint an inspiring innovative headteacher who will provide strategic and professional leadership to our school, building on our many strengths and Christian values.

We are looking for someone who will further develop our vision and ethos which is shared by the whole school and secures its success, improvement and high quality education for all its pupils.

You will:
- show a strong empathy with our Christian values and ethos
- have a strong commitment to outstanding classroom practice
- have an ability to encourage and support all children to develop and achieve their full potential
- be passionate about children's learning
- continue to build close relationships with parents and the local community
