The Governors of St Werburgh’s Church of England Aided Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational, forward-thinking headteacher to lead this popular and welcoming Primary School.

We are looking for a serving Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or a highly experienced Senior Leader, who is eager to take on a new and stimulating challenge.

The Headteacher will:

Have a passion for inclusion.
Be able to develop and empower all who work within the school and embrace the many opportunities to work with the wider DDAT family.
Be an excellent leader who will drive school improvement and pursue the highest academic standards.
