Headteacher job summary
Following the retirement of the previous headteacher the Governors of St Werburgh’s Church of England Aided Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational, forward-thinking headteacher to lead this popular and welcoming Primary School.
We are looking for a serving Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or a highly experienced Senior Leader, who is eager to take on a new and stimulating challenge.
The Headteacher will:
• Have a passion for inclusion.
• Be able to develop and empower all who work within the school and embrace the many opportunities to work with the wider DDAT family.
• Be an excellent leader who will drive school improvement and pursue the highest academic standards.
