Minerva Learning Trust is an expanding Sheffield based multi-academy Trust with a vision of providing outstanding education for all the pupils within our schools. Stocksbridge High School joined Minerva Learning Trust in December 2017 and is working positively with the Trust to ensure the continued improvement in the quality of education and opportunities offered at our school.

We are looking for an innovative and strategic thinker with experience to lead the school on the next stage of its journey. As well as having a track record of delivering whole school improvement, you will motivate, inspire and empower staff and children. Applicants must have significant experience of senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have:

• the ability to implement and secure change successfully
• excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to lead and inspire colleagues
• a passion and drive for school improvement including the vision and ability to sustain the outstanding achievements of the school
