What skills and experience we're looking for
- Proven record of leading school improvement and raising standards
- Proven experience of senior management/leadership in school with relevant experience of involvement with pupils with additional needs
- Experience of financial and resource management
- Proven track record of leading and managing effective change
- Experience of managing challenging behaviour
- Experience of challenging and improving underperformance of pupils and staff
- Demonstrable track record of leading and motivating staff through collaboration and distributed leadership
- Evidence of performance monitoring including the use of data to analyse performance and self evaluation
- NPQH
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Educated to degree level
- Successful recent leadership experience with a proven track record as a Senior Leader
- Recent and appropriate professional development

The post represents an incredibly exciting opportunity to take the lead role in establishing our new school in a new location.
You will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the School Governing Body, Board of Trustees and Autism East Midlands’ Senior Management Team.
Please note this post will be based in Braithwell, Doncaster
