Are you someone who has high expectations, energy and ambition to run a great school that has just had a successful OFSTED inspection?

Willowbrook Primary School and Nursery could well be the place for you!

Willow Brook is a primary academy and is one of four primary schools within the Essex region at The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT). Willow Brook is one form entry with a nursery and extensive grounds and good facilities. There is a very supportive and committed team and governors who work tirelessly to ensure that all pupils achieve the best possible personal, social and academic outcomes.

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Headteacher, who will positively contribute and build on the school’s existing strengths, to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a school team that is committed to giving pupils a wide range of real-life and enriching experiences.

Our academies are pivotal in ensuring our children get the best start in life, no matter what their background. As part of the TKAT network, we are committed to making sure that every child has access to an excellent education and real choices in life.

The Headteacher will be responsible for the leadership, organisation, management and control of the school whilst working in partnership with key providers. You will be expected to promote and safeguard the welfare of the pupils for whom the school and governing body are responsible and those with whom they come into contact.
