The new Head will bring superb leadership skills and experience of successfully running a high challenge school of similar size in an area of disadvantage and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a strong senior leadership team and the support of the local authority and wider community to generate real impact, driving school improvement in academic outcomes and behavioural culture, and growing student numbers.
