About you
We are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher. The successful candidate will create a positive and outstanding learning environment through their vision and leadership, helping to deliver the highest standard of education to pupils by supporting and developing teachers and staff and ensuring a vibrant, safe and successful Academy environment. You will also aspire to enhance the life chances and quality of education for our pupils.
The Role
Tredworth Infant and Nursery Academy is a mainstream infant Academy in the centre of Gloucester. The role is to provide vision, ambition, leadership and direction at the Academy coupled with nurturing and developing staff; ensuring it continues to develop and remain as a beacon of excellence in Gloucester.
The Academy
Tredworth Infant & Nursery Academy is currently a single Academy and shortly should become part of the SAND Academies Trust. Tredworth is a unique part of Gloucester and in order for the Academy to continue to thrive, the successful candidate will need to work closely with and within the community.
