Headteacher job summary
Due to the retirement of our Headteacher, the governing body, staff, children & their families are seeking to appoint an inspiring Headteacher to lead our very successful, popular and inclusive school to start in the Summer Term or Autumn Term 2022.
Our Headteacher must be:
• A dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record of operating at a senior management level
• Well-developed in the understanding and implementation of strategic and operational leadership with the ability to drive the school into the future
• Committed to delivering high quality education and development opportunities to all pupils and members of the school community
• Committed to establishing positive and productive relationships and promote the involvement of the school community within school improvement.

• A highly committed and skilled staff team who create a calm, caring and purposeful atmosphere with clear, high expectations for learning and behaviour. This includes motivating children in their learning so they feel valued and listened to and where they make the best progress possible.
