HEADTEACHER job summary

We are seeking a serving Headteacher or experienced Deputy, with vision and passion to lead our outstanding school community into the next phase of its development.

This rare opportunity arises due to the retirement of our current inspirational and dedicated Headteacher, Peter Woodman.

The Weald School is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive with around 1,800 students. This includes a thriving Sixth Form of about 350 students. Our students are at the heart of all that we do.
