We are looking for someone who:

Has proven leadership and interpersonal skills to form and maintain effective relationships with staff, children, families, governors and the wider community.
Is committed to maintain the strong Christian ethos in school.
Has experience of teaching across all Key Stages.

We are a small, village school in rural Fylde at the heart of our community. We have a strong Christian ethos which supports our outward looking and aspirational philosophy.
