Headteacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and innovative individual to join our Trust in the role of Headteacher at Wentworth CofE Junior & Infant School.

The Headteacher will have the required leadership experience, vision and ambition coupled with strong management and communication skills to motivate the staff team, student body and community to secure rapid and sustainable improvement, building capacity in teaching, leadership and support at all levels. The desire and ability to achieve challenging targets for high standards of behaviour, progress and attainment across and beyond the school is essential.
