Essential skills and experience

*Significant and successful senior leadership and management experience within a secondary school setting including management of staff, policy implementation, curriculum development and relationship with staff, students, parents and governors
*Evidence of pro-actively pursuing continued professional leadership development, life long learning and national trends in education
*Experience of having secured good and sustained student progress through their own teaching and/or leadership
*Experience of working proactively and successfully in partnership with governors, staff, parents, students, the local community, businesses, outside agencies and other educational establishments
