Headteacher job summary
We are looking for applicants with a consistent and proven track record as a Headteacher or senior leader within the secondary sector. You will have experience in driving school improvement and possess leadership qualities that motivate and drive forward individuals and teams to be successful.
You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skill with high levels of emotional intelligence and communication skills.
