We seek someone with a highly successful track-record in teaching and learning, a record of delivering high standards and outcomes, embedded in an educational vision that has pupils at its heart. Your practice will be research informed with a strong commitment to professional development. Further developing teaching and learning from a strong base will be a crucial part of the role. Previous experience of boarding would be helpful, but not essential. What is essential is a commitment to providing a well-rounded, world-class education and a willingness to engage fully in the life of a busy 24/7 school.
The successful candidate will be expected to live on site and a four-bedroom house is provided as part of the overall package. Honorary boarding places are potentially available at the College, or Wymondham College Prep School should you require them.
