Health & Safety Premises Officer job summary

Outwood Academy Valley is an outstanding school in the North of Nottinghamshire at the gateway to the famous Dukeries, including Clumber Park. Situated in Worksop, a vibrant town with a historic market centre and a mining heritage, we work closely with the town’s other secondary school, Outwood Academy Portland to raise standards and transform lives of the children in the community. Outwood Academy Valley joined Outwood Grange Academies Trust in 2012 and is a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) building, with Engie as the facilities management provider. This role will provide the vital link between the academy and Engie. We are seeking a confident individual to join our team within a fast paced working environment. We are looking for someone who is organised and can work both independently and as a team member. This role requires a professional, courteous, can-do and flexible attitude. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of site maintenance or a related trade, ideally with a good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
