Higher Learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Part Time job summary
Are you enthusiastic, versatile and looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant opportunity? We need you to join our team at the Finedon Schools from September 2022! Finedon is a vibrant village near Wellingborough with fantastic transport links to the A6 We are looking for an experienced HLTA to join our school community of collaborative and creative professionals. You will be pre-dominantly based at Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School but will be required to cover classes across at Finedon Infant School when the need arises. You will deliver sessions to cover teacher absence, PPA teacher release time, weekly ECT release time and leadership release time. You should have a calm and empathic approach, be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities and maintain confidentiality at all times. Training in or experience of RWI phonics and Talk for Writing would be advantageous. Please see the Job Description for further information. You should be able to demonstrate commitment to our positive school ethos and in return we can offer you training and the opportunity to work as a member of a team of committed and supportive staff, parents and governors, with friendly, enthusiastic children.Supporting documents
