Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Higher Learning Teaching Assistant within the Special Needs Department (SEND) to join our highly effective and experienced Teachers at Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy.

The successful applicant will be able to develop good relationships with students and parents/carers. We are looking to recruit a confident and resourceful HLTA to provide innovative learning support for our students with special educational needs to enable them to reach their individual potential. This position is a superb opportunity to join a strong staff team within a state of the art new school building. We offer excellent training and progression opportunities.
