What skills and experience we're looking for
A highly skilled, flexible and independent team player
Someone who understands that all pupils are entitled to a broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum, including the National Curriculum, irrespective of age, gender, disability, race and religion.
Willing to adapt teaching strategies to changing circumstances and in response to new ideas and individual needs of pupils.
Confident in teaching whole class, small group or individuals
Ready to demonstrate best working practices, and to work alongside other teachers
Willingness to work as part of a team within the class group
Create friendly happy atmosphere where courtesy, self-control and regard for others prevail.
Willing to develop an atmosphere in which children are motivated to learn and where each child feels a valued member of the group.
