Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint a confident, effective and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with an emphasis on Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support, who will make a positive contribution to the achievement of all of our students. The role will require you to work alongside students in all year groups and provide support and guidance both socially and emotionally, but also to support academic progress. This post is full-time, term-time only plus 5 training days, working Monday to Thursday 8am until 4pm and Friday 8am until 3.30pm.
