What skills and experience we're looking for
Five Lanes Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, motivated and creative individual to the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant and After School Club Leader, this role will have additional MDSA duties.
The HLTA role will involve providing strong academic support to pupils, planning, preparing and delivering learning activities, monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on student progress. The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect for the school’s ethos and provide a positive environment of learning and growth for the students.
The After School Club Leader role will be to lead the day to day running of after school care and to undertake the care of individuals or groups of children and support their play, learning and development.
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing the best quality support to our pupils and will be:

- enthusiastic with a sense of humour
- experienced and suitably qualified as a HLTA
