What skills and experience we're looking for
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience of working with children with additional learning needs.
- Specialist training in relevant learning strategies in appropriate curriculum or learning area
- An ability to understand the principles of child development and learning processes and in particular barriers to learning

What will you do?
- Deliver and support pupils learning in the most effective way.
- Contribute effectively to teachers planning and preparation of lessons.
- Administer and invigilate exams/tests.
- Use ICT effectively to support learning activities and develop pupils’ competence and independence in its use.

Avanti Court Primary School is an Academy for children aged 3–11. The school is a three-form entry, mixed primary school with an attached nursery with over 600 children on roll.
