You will need to have proven, specialist knowledge in supporting children with special educational needs and/or adverse childhood experiences.
This is a significant role which will require the ability to work with high levels of autonomy, whilst ensuring clear communication with class teachers. You will work closely with the SENCo to ensure there are robust systems in place for assessment, planning, implementation and review. Working effectively with external professionals and our parents, will be an important aspect of this role.

In return we can offer:
the opportunity to take on an exciting challenge in a school that is welcoming, friendly and striving to do the best for all its pupils
a commitment to you and your professional development
a dedicated staff team who are hard-working, great fun and always put the children first
fabulous children who are keen to learn and succeed
on-going support from our outstanding SENCo who has an exciting vision for SEN provision at Beech Grove
encouragement to develop new ideas and the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference
