Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA who is able to motivate children, engage them in learning and has the skills, knowledge and experience to play a key role within our team. We are looking for a HLTA who has proven success working within a team and is willing to take responsibility for children’s learning across all phases of our school.
The suitable candidate will be energetic and keen to make a difference to the learning experiences of our childrenthrough effective support in the classroom and will have an excellent knowledge of the curriculum. The candidates we are looking for will also need to have experience of leading interventions including phonics, early reading, writing or maths.
